This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, coach your team, and take ownership of your store's performance.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product education.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Sales-driven with a passion for customer service.
- Interest in health, fitness, nutrition,



or supplements is a strong asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting salary of $50,000 per year.
