Responsibilities:

- $40,000 per year guaranteed starting salary, plus commission. Potential to earn up to $80,000 per year.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their specific needs and budget
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and functionality
- Negotiating pricing and financing options to achieve sales targets - Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of current automotive trends, models, and features
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Utilizing CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and follow-ups
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to become a trusted advisor to customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or related fields preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse customer base
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service




- Knowledge of automotive financing options and ability to explain them to customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Summary

As a Sales/Leasing Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core skills in retail sales, communication, and CRM software will enable you to effectively engage with customers and close deals. Utilizing your premium skills in negotiation and outside sales, you will manage the sales pipeline and support high-end sales initiatives. Your relevant skills, including marketing and organizational abilities, will further enhance your contributions to our team and help achieve our sales objectives.
