Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Condo Building Cleaner to join our staff and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential condominium building. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality service.

Days: Saturday

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and recreational facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and fixtures are maintained
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and mirrors within the building
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs needed




- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored properly and inventory is managed efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
- Good organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules and supplies effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
