Job Title: Field Technician - Installer
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Canada)
Reporting Manager: Director of Operations (Filter Group)

The role with the Filter Group division involves on-site installation of water filtration products, managing warehouse and Inventory. This is a direct customer facing full-time role with a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Attend scheduled appointments to perform in office services according to Home Water protocols.
- Install Home Water products including, but not limited to, under counter filters.
- Attentive documentation and reporting using Home Water provided systems and services.
- Managing Warehouses and Inventories including, but not limited to inventory planning, tracking, purchasing, relocations, disposal and organizing of warehouse facilities.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, or water filter installations
- Must have valid driver’s license and your own transportation
- Available to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekends
- High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Technology Requirements:





- Adaptability to work within various mobile applications and systems
- Quote generation and digital signatures via connected tablet devices

Compensation: $48,700 - $65,750 CAD Annual *This range reflects base pay only. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company & personal performance.
