Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing , organizing materials, and setting up work areas
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or assisting with framing under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials,



or performing other supportive tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Reliable transportation to worksites is preferred.
