Retail Associate – DIY Skincare & Craft Studio

Nuworld Botanicals is seeking a high-energy, reliable, and professional Retail Associate to support daily studio operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests during craft sessions and birthday parties
- Confidently guide and teach customers through skincare and craft activities (training provided)
- Set up, clean, and reset stations efficiently
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory
- Process POS transactions and support retail sales
- Assist with events, bookings, and party coordination
- Take initiative to support team needs and ensure a smooth, elevated customer experience
- Follow studio procedures and maintain a polished, professional environment

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Comfortable teaching and engaging with both children and adults, including small groups
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a robust work ethic
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
- Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Retail or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Interest in skincare, DIY, or crafts is a plus

Requirements:

- Full-time and part-time position
- Weekend availability required
