Medical Receptionist – 2 Part Time (must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts a week and a possible weekend)

Location: Woodbridge Medical Centre Woodbridge, Ontario
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Woodbridge clinic. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will provide administrative and clerical support to physicians and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage incoming calls
- Validate health cards and update patient information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Process payments and daily reconciliations
- Manage incoming faxes, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with PHIPA
- Provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a medical office
- Strong EMR and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities




- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
