We are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Excavation Lead Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on position leading a crew of 2–3 employees on residential excavation and site servicing projects.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily crew operations
- Dig and prepare residential foundations
- Install underground pipework and drainage systems
- Perform driveway grading and site regrading
- Operate excavation equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards
- Read and work from site plans and grades
- Assist with hardscaping projects (asset)
- Communicate with clients about daily progress

Qualifications:

- 3+ years residential excavation experience




- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Experience with grading, excavation, and underground services
- Hardscaping experience considered an asset
- Solid work ethic and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
