Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Automotive Service Advisor – Centre Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate vehicle repairs, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role combines technical knowledge with solid leadership and sales skills to drive service department success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize efficiency
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, explaining technical issues in understandable terms
- Upsell additional services or repairs that benefit the customer while meeting dealership goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
- Maintain detailed documentation of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history
- Manage the service department team, providing guidance,



training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies at all times

Skills

- Dealership experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive operations
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and understand repair processes
- Strong customer service skills to build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients
- Proven sales ability, including upselling services to meet dealership targets
- Experience in automotive repair environments, with familiarity in diagnosing common issues
- Cash handling expertise ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to customers of varying backgrounds
- Leadership qualities to manage a team effectively and motivate staff toward achieving departmental goals

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
