Tor Can ICI Roofing Inc. is in pursuit of a talented FLAT ROOFING SERVICE MANAGER for our ROOF SERVICE & MAINTENANCE DIVISION. The perspective candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial flat roofing industry and enjoy the challenge and rewards of a fast-paced workplace focused on safety and driven by its desire to provide its client service second to none.

Flat Roofing Service / Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities include:

- Produce Roof Assessment Reports
- Diagnostic capability of roof faults for all manner of commercial roofing systems is imperative along with its current and future viability and remedies therein.
- Supervise and coordinate the movement of men, material and appropriate equipment throughout the assigned roofing project until forwishen
- Ensuring the expedient response to clients request for emergency response repair and follow up reporting details thereafter.
- Pricing various roofing systems projects accompanied by detailed reporting and presentation requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication are a must while upkeeping a system of communication with clients, consultants & engineers that is both thural, timely and responsive.
- Must have an excellent command of Excel along with Word and Outlook.
