As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and ability to assist customers will contribute to the success of our store. ** Must be over 19 years old **

We will be hiring for part time position only. The position will work 2-3 days, including weekends with potential to move up to Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and merchandise products

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills





- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent time management skills

- Knowledge of technology products is a plus

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
