results. We are currently seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer to join our busy practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and
administrative disputes, and other areas of interest to the candidate.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage discovery processes including depositions and document production.
- Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
- Provide transparent and practical legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
or equivalent legal degree.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
- Commitment to client service and professional excellence.
