Unity Fitness Harbourfront is recruiting an extraordinary Personal Training Manager for . This positing is for a current vacant position.

You will be responsible for sales activities that will lead to personal training growth and retention. The Personal Training Manager is accountable for leading the Personal Training team to provide exceptional customer service, achieve Personal Training sales goals, and develop retention initiatives to ensure members get the best personal training program experience. The Personal Training Manager is accountable for meeting the Personal Training budget targets of the fitness facility.

Roles

- Ensure a member-focused environment by providing service excellence to all members, guests, and staff.
- Develop and complete all required team sales activities to achieve monthly personal training sales, and delivery, targets.
- Ensure the efficient and professional management of the Personal Training department, and all financials/budgets relating to this department.




- Provide leadership, supervision and support to the 6-10 staff who report to you.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a personal training manager
- Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or Personal Training diploma
- Personal Training Certification (CSEP, CanFitPro, ACE)
- Ability to instruct group exercise classes an asset (eg. boot camp, TRX, etc)
- A professional approach to the industry, with a service focused mindset
- A commitment to customer service and program excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
