Summit Electric is currently seeking Journeyman Electricians and 3rd/4th Year Apprentice Electricians to join our team at the Artemis Blackwater Gold Mine Project, located approximat hours southwest of Prince George, BC.

Project Details

- Camp accommodations provided
- 14 days on / 14 days off rotation
- Schedule may transition to a 14/7 rotation based on project requirements

Required Qualifications

- Electrical Red Seal Certification (Journeyman)
- 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprenticeship
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to pass:

- Drug and alcohol screening
- Fitness-for-work medical assessment

Preferred Qualifications

- Industrial electrical experience
- Fall Arrest certification




- Elevated Work Platform certification

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous construction or industrial experience (considered a strong asset)
- Be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Be physically fit and able to perform demanding work for extended periods while maintaining safe work practices
- Be comfortable standing for prolonged periods on stairs, elevated platforms, and uneven terrain
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions and challenging environments
- Be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
