Packaging Associate – Food Packaging (Manual Labour)

Hire Labour is hiring Packaging Associates for a food packaging facility in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

- Lifting 50 lb bags from the Skid .
- Placing the bags onto a dolly.
- Wheeling the dolly to a work table.
- Removing the bags from the dolly and placing them on the table.
- Repack large bags into smaller packages (approximately 4 lbs each).
- Scoop, weigh, label, and package products accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with light warehouse and production line duties as required.

Requirements:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labour.




- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Steel-toed safety boots are required.
- Reliable transportation to the work location.
- Previous food packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
