Bourque Industrial Ltd. located in Saint John NB is a privately owned custom fabrication welding shop and field services provider, celebrating 70 years of quality workmanship, certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau(CWB) for the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum as well registered with the Province of New Brunswick Public Safety Department for the construction, repair and /or alteration of pressure vessel items to ASME VIII, B31.1,31.3 &CSA; B51, is currently accepting resumes for CWB certified Welders & Fitters, for a fast paced working environment.

Our customer base includes power generation, petroleum refining, process equipment and structural steel industries.

Responsibilities of the Fitter and Welder positions will include but not be limited to:

· Fitting and Welding to specifications required per shop drawings

· Measure and mark metal according to templates and drawings

· Operate metalworking machinery and power tools

· Work independently





· Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications

· High commitment to safe working procedures

The ideal candidate will have the following:

· Completion of Welding or Fabrication course or three years related experience

· Canadian Welding Bureau welding certificate

· Experience at reading & interpreting shop drawings & specifications

· WHIMIS certificate
