Seeking a part time Line/Prep cook. Our small team is anchored on self-sufficiency and clear communication, working closely together to execute at the highest standard in a casual fine dining setting. The right candidate has excellent time management and the ability to work in step with a small team, executing with speed and precision.

This paid position includes a base hourly pay based on experience plus a pooled weekly tip out.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
- Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency in flavor and appearance
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations to promote a protected kitchen environment
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and organizing supplies for smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with energy

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes from raw ingredients to finished dishes
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-volume shifts
- Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service expectations in the food industry
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
