- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and customer specifications
- Design, build, and install custom cabinetry and millwork
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Work with materials including hardwoods, plywood, MDF, and laminates
- Ensure precise measurements, alignment, and high-quality finishes
- Install cabinetry and millwork on-site for high-end residential projects
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing cabinetry and wood structures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fit, finish, and functionality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
