We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, support field teams, and help ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily plumbing service operations
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow organization
- Support plumbing technicians and field service teams
- Monitor job progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and improve operational processes and procedures
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Assist with inventory management and equipment coordination
- Ensure company standards, safety procedures,



and service expectations are followed
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational issues

Qualifications

- Previous experience in operations management, service management, or a similar role
- Experience in the plumbing, construction, HVAC, or home services industry is an asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience coordinating teams and daily schedules
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
