Job Scope:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the airport lounge to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experience, and adherence to company standards. This role acts as the key point of contact between frontline staff and management, ensuring all team members are supported and service expectations are met. The Operations Supervisor coordinates staffing, monitors performance, handles guest concerns, and ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Management team in leading, providing guidance and developing team members according to Plaza Premium Group Standards.
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team members on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance.
- Ensure high levels of service standards are provided to guests.
- Ensure proper admission instructions are followed and proper admission of guests into the lounges.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the lounge.
- Handle administrative work,



including staff roster, daily reports, schedules, etc.
- Provides feedback to managers on team members' performances and guest satisfaction levels.
- Ensure lounge opening and closing procedure are well followed.
- Ensure that proper cleaning procedures are adhered to during the shift. Employees are expected to follow all health and safety regulations enforced and updated by the company.
- Other related responsibilities and special or ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Completion of High School, College/CEGEP/Vocational or Technical training.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hotels and/or restaurants in a supervisory role.
- Must possess proper liquor service certification according to provincial requirements such as Service in Action
- Possess Food Safe – Level 1 certified.
- Passionate about customer service and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Positive organizational skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Good problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering premium service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
- Must be able to multitask and plan ahead.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and abilities as a role model.
- Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).



· Able to obtain Transport Canada clearance for security pass (RAIC) to work at the airport.
- Bilingual French/English written & spoken, an asset (required for Quebec employee)

Working Conditions:

- Schedule between 5:30am to 2am
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be flexible to work weekdays/weekends and statutory holidays.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts early morning/day/evening shift
