This role centres on leasing excellence, relationship-building, and confident communication, backed by sharp administrative skills and solid knowledge of the RTA.

What You'll Do

Leasing (Primary Focus)

Respond quickly to inquiries and convert leads into successful leases.

Deliver engaging tours that highlight property value and lifestyle benefits.

Match prospects with the right home and guide them through the application process.

Review applications, run credit checks, and prepare compliant lease agreements.

Collect deposits, organize documentation, and maintain accurate records.

RTA & N-Series Forms

Apply key RTA rules related to leasing, deposits, tenant rights, and notices.

Prepare and track essential N-series notices, including:

◦* N4 (non-payment), N5 (disturbance/damage),



N8 (persistent late payment),*

◦* N11 (mutual termination), N12 (landlord's/purchaser's own use), N13 (renovations).*

Ensure timelines, delivery methods, and documentation meet LTB standards.

Marketing & Admin

Support advertising efforts and contribute to leasing strategies.

Stay current on rental market trends and competitor offerings.

Prepare reports, maintain organized files, and assist with general property administration.

What You Bring

3 to 5+ years of residential leasing experience is mandatory.

Strong communication and sales-driven mindset.

Working knowledge of the RTA and N-series notices.

Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and work independently with confidence.
