About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Cook with a background in Canadian cuisine and pub food standards. You will work closely with our kitchen management to prepare high-quality dishes, maintain line speed, and uphold strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present food dishes according to menu specifications and recipes (specializing in Canadian and pub classics).
- Manage line setup, prep station work, and stock inventory levels before and after service shifts.
- Maintain strict sanitation, cleanliness, and food hygiene standards across all prep areas and equipment.




- Ensure speed of service during high-volume lunch, dinner, and late-night rushes.
- Minimize food waste through proper portioning, rotation (FIFO), and storage techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a Canadian restaurant/pub setting.
- Food Handler Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety regulations, and line preparation routines.
- Ability to work under pressure, weekends, and late evening shifts.
