Reporting To: Customer Care Manager

Overall Responsibility
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming customer calls, accurately entering orders into the system, and supporting all customer care programs. The role includes troubleshooting customer inquiries, assisting customers with account and order information, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and other duties as assigned.

- General Excel and Microsoft Access knowledge
- Ability to learn various software programs
