Requirements

- Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or senior financial management roles within the financial services sector or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in account reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Expertise in negotiation, sales strategies, and business development to support organizational growth objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory compliance standards relevant to finance operations.
- Excellent communication skills for transparent reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.

Pay: $100,851.81-$190,355.09 per year
