We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our optical store. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and customers in a warm, qualified manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with selecting eyewear and provide product information.
- Process sales, payments, and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Work closely with opticians and the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Optical experience is an asset but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
