We are seeking an organized, creative, and self-motivated Virtual Services Coordinator to join our team for a one-year maternity leave contract. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing multiple projects, creating engaging wellness content, and delivering an exceptional virtual member experience.

Position Summary

Reporting to the National Virtual Services Manager, the Virtual Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our virtual wellness program. The successful candidate will support program delivery, supervise virtual instructors, coordinate schedules, develop marketing and educational resources, and ensure a high-quality experience for both clients and participants.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

- Coordinate the delivery of virtual fitness and wellness programming.
- Create and maintain live class schedules.
- Book virtual fitness classes and wellness workshops.
- Coordinate instructor schedules and workshop facilitators.
- Arrange substitute instructors and update schedules within the Optimal software platform.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the annual programming calendar, including challenges, promotions, workshops,



and special events.

Staff Leadership and Support

- Supervise and support a team of virtual group fitness instructors.
- Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing technical support.
- Troubleshoot Zoom-related issues including:
- Audio quality
- Music sharing
- Camera positioning
- Video quality
- General livestream best practices
- Support part-time staff in completing content uploads and resource development.

Content Development and Marketing

- Create and update website content.
- Design digital resources and promotional materials using Canva.
- Develop monthly newsletters.
- Assist in developing virtual workshop topics and supporting promotional campaigns.

Client and Business Support

- Support the National Virtual Services Manager with business development initiatives and client opportunities as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and participants.
- Utilize translation tools and services to support both English and French-speaking members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Current group fitness and first aid certification
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.




- Experience supervising or leading staff is considered an asset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms.
- Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings or presentations.
- Experience with Canva.
- Experience managing website content is considered an asset.
- Experience creating newsletters or digital communications is considered an asset.
- Interest or background in health, fitness, wellness, recreation, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a remote, work-from-home position.

LIVunLtd will provide:

The successful candidate must provide:

- A reliable computer capable of supporting virtual programming.
- High-speed internet access.
- A suitable home workspace.

As part of this role, the successful candidate will teach approximately two hours of live virtual fitness classes each week. Applicants must therefore have access to an appropriate space for livestream instruction, either within their home or at another suitable location.
