We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Line Cook & General Help. This versatile role involves food preparation, cooking, and assisting with various restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
- Support food service operations by helping serve customers when needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory levels




- Contribute to a positive dining experience by providing friendly and efficient service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas

Skills

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff members
- Good communication skills to assist with customer service when necessary
- Flexibility to assist with various roles within the restaurant as needed
