Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers consistent work hours and the opportunity to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at job sites
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety guidelines
