Front of House Team Members (Servers, Bartenders & Supervisors)

We're building an exceptional front-of-house team and are looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven individuals to fill Server, Bartender, and Front of House Supervisor positions. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or a robust server ready to take the next step, we want people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences.

Positions available at both 53 Maryland St. and 3116 Roblin Blvd.

What You'll Do

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest.
- Learn our menu inside and out, including food, beverages, and daily features.
- Work collaboratively with both the front and back of house to ensure smooth service.
- Handle busy dine-in and takeout service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional hospitality.

Supervisors Will Also

- Lead and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift.
- Coach and mentor team members while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, guest concerns, and daily operations.
- Help foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.

What We're Looking For





- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is required for the Supervisor role.
- Bartending experience is required for Bartender applicants.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to stay calm and organized during busy service.
- A willingness to learn and maintain our standards of service and quality.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
