Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks effectively




- Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation within a quick-paced environment is advantageous
- Strong understanding of the food industry and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
