Job Summary

Lettuce Love Café is looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience who understands food, cooking techniques, organization, and the importance of consistency.

Our kitchen is rapid-paced and produces everything fresh in-house. We need someone who can work independently, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in producing quality food every day.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Experience with batch cooking and maintaining consistency
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative




- Able to work cleanly while following food safety standards

Hours

- Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- Weekday and weekend availability required
