All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is expanding and is looking for a Kinesiologist or Physiotherapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team in Coquitlam. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients improve their function through exercise and active rehabilitation while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform functional and movement assessments to support patient rehabilitation.
- Design and lead individualized active rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.




- Modify exercise plans based on patient progress, goals, and functional abilities.
- Educate patients on proper movement patterns, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Document assessments, treatment sessions, and patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists to carry out treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
- Supervise therapeutic exercises and ensure patients are performing movements safely and effectively.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain rehabilitation equipment and treatment spaces.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant updates to the treating physiotherapist.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical and gym environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (or an equivalent program).
- Current registration and good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or healthcare setting is considered an asset.
- Experience using Jane App is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $25.00-$75.00 per hour
