FULL-TIME CLEANER – NO EVENINGS/WEEKENDS – FULL ADVANTAGES - $41k

We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, full time cleaner to join our team. This is a hybrid roll as the selected candidate will service multiple locations.

Full time Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm including breaks.

No evenings/nights or weekends

Applicant must have experience, a clear criminal record, and a valid Driver's License

Full-benefits available, RRSP contributions, hourly wages and availability to start work asap.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property

- Uses cleaning supplies provided

- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms

- Cleans and disinfects kitchen and staff dining areas

- Wipes and dusts surfaces

- Cleans mirrors, glass and walls

- Vacuums, wet mop and clean floors, rugs, furniture, etc.

- Maintains guest areas – tidy, dust and clean as required

- Stocks paper products in bathrooms and common areas





- Picks up and empties trash and recycling containers as needed

- Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly

- Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Detail-oriented and thorough and self-motivated

- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests

- Reliability and Punctuality are key

- Pet Friendly

- Ability to follow instructions

- Transportation and valid driver's license required

- Clean Criminal Record Check and bondable

- Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
