What You Bring to the Team:

Leadership: Lead, coach and support the retail team while creating a positive, energetic work environment.

Sizzle Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by exercising our Sizzle Service to its fullest. Proactively engage customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and initiating conversations. Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed their expectations.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, ingredients, and pricing.

Store Operations: Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Cashing Out and Returns: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using our cashier point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle returns,



exchanges, and refunds professionally, adhering to established guidelines.

Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.

Teamwork: Teamwork with colleagues is essential in our culture which affects our operations and provides Sizzle customer service.

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
