Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the identification of oral health issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our patient management software- Dentrix.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Foster positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service and communication.
· Intra Oral scanning with Trios scanner (Training will be provided)
Requirement :
Proficiency in English and Arabic would be preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Robust customer service skills are required to ensure a positive patient experience.
