Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a positive experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate cleaning equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist with the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
