Job Summary

No Vacancy is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We’re a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant focused on consistency, execution, and strong team culture.

This role is ideal for cooks who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and want to grow within a professional kitchen workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute dishes consistently according to recipes and plating standards
- Set up and maintain your station for service (mise en place, prep, organization)
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during service
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
- Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant




- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen preferred
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during service
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in casual upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Interest in learning and growing into a leadership role
