Your Opportunity:

This is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Lead position responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to Health Care Aides (HCAs). The role includes assisting HCAs with clinical tasks, providing education and coaching, addressing operational concerns, and supporting quality client care delivery. Responsibilities also include scheduling Home Support clients, coordinating workloads, managing schedule changes, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Team Lead serves as a resource for staff, supports problem-solving throughout the shift, and helps maintain continuity of care and service excellence.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
