Hines Industrial Site Service Group is a custodial company that has a large project at the SUNCOR Fort Hills work site. This is a remote oil sands site 90km north of Fort McMurray. We are pleased to offer Full Time position available with shift work at our Fort Hills Project.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.12 per hour

Minimum Job Requirements

- MUST HAVE: FULL CLASS 5 Driver's License (NO restrictions)
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently* - IMPORTANT
- Must be able to stand and walk for 12 hours per day
- Must be able to travel to the work site and work 7 days in a row without interruption*
- prior to Hiring candidate must have CSO-Common Safety Orientation (or equivalent BSO or CSTS-09/OSSA regional orientation)

The job description for a Custodian with Hines includes:





- Working both indoors and outdoors with the possibility of working in rain, extreme cold (-35) and heat; depending on the time of year.
- Work 12 hours per day, 7 days on 7 days off. Staying in camp each night. (Condensed Work Week, NO OVERTIME) (This schedule is not negotiable)
- Walking all day outside and inside, up & down stairs, on construction site around heavy machinery
- Heavy lifting – Carrying supplies from trailer to trailer some boxes up to 30 pounds
- All aspects of cleaning: dusting, cleaning washrooms, lunch trailers, office trailers, collecting and lifting garbage, extensive mopping and sweeping, repetitive motion, mopping large areas by hand with a 5 pound mop
- Driving on site – Drivers are required to drive pick up trucks to different areas on the work site
- Wake up between 4:30 am – 5:00am to get ready for work
- Wear full PPE when required, including hard hat, safety glass without limitations. (You will be required to bring your own Safety Boots.)
