Pay: $50-75 per hour (depending on experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Someone who has their own existing law practice and looking to supplement their income

· 1-2 years of experience

· Able to probe in interviews, gather and assess information and develop case strategies and arguments

· Interpersonal skills to establish client trust and confidence

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· The candidate will independently provide legal advice during one-on-one consultations (non-retained clients)

· To provide litigation support to lawyers (completing court forms, drafting court documents, filing) for retained filed.

· reviewing and summarizing clients’ employment, medical, and other documents, legal research,



drafting of submissions, and court/tribunal forms. You will also assemble books of documents for filing.

This is a remote position. As such, you are expected to be highly proficient in using technology to receive assignments, complete tasks, record-keep, docket, as well as communicate with clients and the team. Training will be provided for the firm’s task management and billings software.

Dimeski Law takes mentorship seriously. We encourage communication with the firm’s principal lawyers to discuss the goals for each case, strategies, and next steps.
