Finance Manager / Automotive Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

- Work with both prime and non-prime customers to secure financing solutions that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals, vehicle preferences, and budget.
- Guide customers through the financing process while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate pricing, financing terms, and trade-in values to successfully close deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
- Recommend and upsell finance products, warranties, and protection packages that add value to the customer's purchase.
- Build trust by educating customers and helping them improve their financing options through responsible lending solutions.
- Serve as a knowledgeable "credit expert," helping customers understand their credit profile and explore financing opportunities.

Qualifications

- Experience in automotive finance, F&I;, automotive sales,



or a related sales environment is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of prime and non-prime lending is an asset.
