- Physiotherapy

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physiotherapy Assistant who can work independently, provide quality patient care, and confidently guide patients through prescribed exercise programs. Strong hands-on treatment skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hands-on patient treatments
- Carry out rehabilitation programs as directed by the physiotherapist
- Prepare and supervise patients during spinal decompression treatments
- Set up patients for laser knee decompression therapy
- Administer shockwave therapy sessions
- Complete laundry and other clinic support duties during downtime
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, collecting payments, and other front desk responsibilities
Additional Earning Opportunity
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn bonus commissions through the sale of clinic products, including compression stockings, TENS units, custom orthotics, and orthopaedic braces. A commission of 10% of the gross profit is paid on each product sold, typically ranging from $35–$50 per device.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and eagerness to learn
