RPO Recruitment is currently hiring Production Machine Operators for our manufacturing client in Scarborough, Ontario. We are looking for motivated, safety-conscious individuals with manufacturing experience who are committed to producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow GMP, SQF, workplace safety, and food safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
