Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of concrete and ICF.
- Ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.
- A strong willingness to learn current skills and techniques related to construction processes.
