Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, lounge, banquet facilities, and catering services. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
- Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, kitchen, and banquet department.
- Ensure all food & beverage outlets are opened and closed according to company standards and policies.
- Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and leadership throughout each shift.
- Coordinate banquet functions to ensure successful execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Help ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and Smart Serve regulations.




- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

- Minimum one (1) year of Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience (hotel experience considered an asset).
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
