Job Description

As a Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers while providing a comprehensive introduction to their new vehicle’s features, technology, and benefits. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

In the Marketing Support position you will support our busy dealership’s Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing operations.



This role includes managing website data entry and updates, assisting with marketing initiatives and campaigns, and representing the dealership, on occasional evenings and weekends, at select events and community activities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is looking to build experience in a skilled automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver vehicles to customers and provide a detailed walkthrough of their new purchase, including features, safety systems, and technology.

- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance on vehicle operation and maintenance.

- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay up to date on vehicle specifications, current features, and dealership promotions.

- Maintain and update website inventory, pricing, and online content

- Assist with daily marketing, advertising, and promotional activities

- Coordinate and prepare marketing materials and promotions

- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives

- Attend dealership events, promotions, and community functions as required

- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager

- Taking vehicle photos to be uploaded to the website





Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the automotive industry is an asset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for vehicles and ability to explain technical features in a simple manner.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Ability to reach and maintain OMVIC certification (we’ll help you with this if you don’t have it yet!).
