Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through effective communication.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry .
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English;




- Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Good Math skills and ability to use a tape measure are essential.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
