Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments using the shop management software.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Collect payments and explain invoices.
- Build trust through honest and friendly communication.

Administrative Duties

- Open and close repair orders.
- Verify customer and vehicle information.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- File paperwork and maintain organized documentation.
- Process warranty information when required.
- Assist with inventory receiving and vendor communication.
- Support daily office operations.

Shop Coordination

- Communicate repair information between technicians and customers.
- Help prioritize workflow with senior advisors.
- Monitor appointment schedules.
- Follow up on pending estimates.




- Assist with quality control before vehicle delivery.

Digital Vehicle Inspections

- Review technician inspections.
- Ensure photos and recommendations are complete.
- Help prepare inspection reports for customers.
- Learn to explain maintenance recommendations clearly.

Requirements

Required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence

Preferred

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales processes is highly preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Basic sales skills with an aptitude for upselling services when appropriate
- Experience handling cash or processing payments accurately
- A genuine interest in automotive repair and the automotive industry is essential
