Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Aides to provide exceptional support to residents in assisted living, nursing homes, and home care settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to senior care and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role involves assisting with daily activities, medication administration, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Prior experience in caregiving or senior care is highly valued, and training will be provided for those eager to grow in this rewarding profession.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents of all ages
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any concerns to supervising staff
- Support residents with mobility exercises or transfers as needed




- Follow care plans diligently to ensure personalized care delivery
- Assist with activities that promote independence and quality of life

Requirements

- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of senior care practices, dementia care, medication administration, and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days or evenings as needed
- Basic understanding of cleanliness standards and ability to perform light housekeeping tasks
- Certification or willingness to obtain relevant caregiving credentials is a plus. vehicle is must
