Job Description
The successful candidate will be trained to independently operate 3 to 4 farmers’ markets per week across the Vancouver area.
If you have a passion for coffee and are eager to learn about coffee origins and tasting profiles, this role offers a great opportunity to engage with customers and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle to transport a tent, 6-ft table,
and packaged coffee products to and from market locations
- Previous sales and customer service experience required
- Comfortable handling cash and processing credit card transactions using the Square app (mobile phone required)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Able to follow market rules and regulations
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
- Able to stand for 4 to 5 hours continuously
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
